I was thinking about what I would want to see in a web designer if I were choosing one. I would want someone
- current in technology standards,
- creative,
- capable,
- a source of good ideas,
- responsive to my requests and requirements,
- who would listen to me and work with me,
- stands behind her work, and
- would be pleasant to work with.
